I have received a faulty item
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective/damaged product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
– Your order number
– Which product is damaged
– Description of the damage
– Photographic proof
If the product was already damaged at the time of delivery, please also take a photo of the package to document the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
Complaints about parcels that were already damaged at the time of delivery must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Unless we can prove and verify that you actually received a damaged product, we will not be able to exchange or refund the product.
As soon as we have received the above information, we will immediately investigate the matter and try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Please do not return the wrong product unless instructed to do so by one of our support representatives. This may slow down the process.
